If the case was dismissed, appear with proof. You'll get your money back and they will shove papers in your face to sign away your right to sue. Don't. No matter what apologies they offer, don't settle for anything untill you get a lawyer. They will take case for % if wrongful and system will settle AND erase or seal. Make sure this is part of settlement.
