Does magistrate court show up on criminal background checks ?

I applied for a job and they told me as long as I pass the drug test and background check I'll be fine. I have magistrate court on Monday because of late rent and I may be evicted..could this ruin my chances at for the job..it's an orderfilling position at the walmart distribution center.
