Are Mormons allowed physical body contact with the opposite sex when they're not married?

I know it's a little stricter with them but I was just wondering what exactly is acceptable. Holding hands? Kissing? Or is that only for people you're dating? For example, could you give a friend of the opposite sex and hug and a kiss, just friendly-like?
